As Jesus sat down to eat one final meal with His disciples before His crucifixion, it is not coincidence that it was the Passover meal. By providing deliverance through His death and resurrection, Jesus fulfilled the role of the spotless lamb required at Passover. And His victory over sin and death opened the door for all of us to dine with Him.
